Once we receive your confirmation to proceed on the quote, we’ll send you the binding contract with all terms & conditions for your understanding with all of your provided information such as transport option, vehicle information, pickup & delivery locations, schedules of delivery along with the payment link which you can use to pay an initial deposit to confirm your shipment, this is a small token amount to reserve your booking to start working on your shipment, and usually consists of 20% of the overall shipment payment for your vehicle.
Once the contract is signed, and deposit is confirmed, we’ll start working on your shipment. Our carrier are fully equipped with everything needed to move your vehicle safely and securely.
We’ll get our best rated and nearest carrier available for your shipment to be picked on your scheduled date, please make sure you have all neccessary documentations completed for the vehicle to be released by the relevant auction house such as clearing the payments, requesting the titles, release of the keys and authorization for the carrier to pickup the vehicle on the requested time. Most of the auction houses provide appointments scheduling facility to book prior to pickup, and our carriers are well aware of the process to follow it accordingly. Once your vehicle will be picked up you will recieve notification from the auction house as well as from Robust Car Transport that the requested lot has been successfully released and pickup.
After the successful checkout of the vehicle from the auction house, it will begin its journey to its destination dealership location, and it will reach to the destination with the pre-scheduled time. The Carrier will call you for notification on the provided contact number or email address to be prepared for the delivery at the desired location. The Bill of Lading will be provided to the staff on site upon delivery, and the remaining 80% of the payment can be made to the Carrier at the delivery time via Cash, Zelle or CashApp as desired (please note different carriers may accept different payment methods), we can also accept the payment based on the similar method you used earlier to book your transport.
