Once we successfuly recieve your order for vehicle transport, we post your order details through our dispatch boards nationwide, a dispatch board contains all licensed carriers who are able to see the vehicle details, pickup and delivery locations as well as delivery timelines.
The Carriers send their requests for auto transport pickup order assignment, and we vet them based on their license, insurance, transporation history and their past performance, and assign the vehicle transport job to the most eligible carrier, and communicate the details with you to scheule the pickup of vehicle.
The Carrier’s Driver will pickup the vehicle for auto transport from the pickup location, we will keep on updateing you of the transit status, and begin the transportation of your vehicle to the delivery destination. While the carrier picks up the vehicle, it will fill the bill of lading while loading the vehicle.
The Carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery at the delivery location for unloading the vehicle and signing of the bill of lading to recieve the delivery. He’ll keep one copy, and give you another for reference.

When your Vehicle is Transported through us, we select vetted Carriers from our Transport Network which provide the required insurance policy for your vehicle to be transported with your peace of mind. The policy covers up to $1M USD for damages under incidents of accidental damage while the behicle is with the carrier.
The Carrier will complete the Bill of Lading before pickup and when delivering the vehicle in order to determine accidental damage while in transit, which will protect you and your vehicle in any unforeseen incident.
